i started playing guitar at age 11...taught by my older brother, rich.....played blues and rock in my early teens......bb king,cream,hendrix,traffic.....then joined a country-rock band....after moving to california from new york, i started playing country and western.....eventually in san jose ca....'79-80 in the house band at the saddle rack and 81-83 at cowtown with don cox and the cowtown band...i studied jazz piano with don cardoza in fremont ca for several years.....in the mid 80's i changed professions to computer technology and started my own business in '91.....building a home studio in these years , i began to write and record...and got more into jazz....opened for danilo perez at ASU Kerr cultural center with Bud Dimock…....got a chance to play with the phoenix symphony a few times in '99......moving to the white mountains in 2000, i continued to write and record....music director at the unity church for 10 years…...i've been playing weekends with the john darst band for 15 years......with Chris Long-Bass and Bill Bannister-Keyboards….
